The Role

What is this role all about?

We don’t want to deliver a training programme simply. We (and our clients!) want us to enable them to change. A true Facilitator will engage with learners, challenge their thinking, and help them understand and align to a new / better way of working. Our Facilitator will be able to work at the mindset level with learners, not just skills. We work with and for people, our work can transform lives as well as business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating learning, both face-to-face and virtually, in a manner that drives learning, improves performance and challenges thinking to enable positive change.
  • Identifying the needs of learners and communicating this with Stakeholders
  • Effectively evaluating all learning delivery. Ensuring ROI for Clients.
  • Designing of learning strategies and programmes and managing these to the highest standards for our clients
  • Skilled in, and willing to work collaboratively with Clients, Stakeholders and Colleagues to ensure the highest possible standard of impact for our customers
  • Facilitating 1-2-1 and group coaching of learners and clients – Proficient and experienced in coaching: skills, techniques and models
  • Ensuring continuous improvement – Not making assumptions… observe, notice and react when issues require an intervention.
  • Analytically strong, self-organising and excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Communicating across the organisation, ensuring all MIM Stakeholders are aligned

Business Development Consultant, Full-time, North Lanarkshire,  Salary DOE, plus bonus

The Role

Highly educated, you’ll have a passion and interest in technology and a proven track record in SaaS/Technology/Software/B2B sales.

With excellent analytical and organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to negotiate deals and close orders you’ll be joining a busy, friendly and highly capable team. Office-based role in Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire.

This role is for a pro-active self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ambition to succeed.

  • Experience of working a CRM/Sales Force/MSD/ Zoho One/ Linkedin Sales Navigator
  • Present digital solutions in an enigmatic, professional and engaging manner to negotiate annual and multi-year contracts.
  • Identify opportunities through your curious hunter mindset
  • Organised with excellent presentation and negotiation skills, you’ll be adept at managing multiple customers, understanding their needs and advising on how our solution can make them more efficient and effective – whether in a single department or across a global network
  • Being at the forefront of technology and how it can positively impact in a digital world

Knowledge

  • Previous experience of digital learning solutions preferred
  • Previous SaaS sales experience Specialist Skills
