The Role

What is this role all about?

We require a Digital LMS Administrator and e-learning course curator with a proven track record in delivering results on multiple projects simultaneously at pace, to the highest standards. Office-based role in Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire.

Must be skilled and experienced in the creation and management of digital learning content and platforms and integrating this into business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging e-learning courses (SCORM) using authoring software
  • Build, drive and manage our LMS for MIM & clients
  • Support our learning as a service offering, MiMLaaS in the management and maintenance of the LMS system
  • Build personal development glide paths and automate in LMS
  • Managing digital learning for clients: design of the programme, allocating, communicating and assessing as part of a larger business solution
  • Contribution to the creation of client solutions
  • Creating and analysing reports for client progress review
  • Report directly to Director
  • Being at the forefront of technology and how it can positively impact in a digital e-learning world
  • Responsible for the success of delivery across e-learning platforms

Knowledge

  • Previous experience of e-learning projects
  • Previous L&D experience essential
  • Design skills (instructional design), maintaining UX throughout the learning path
  • Course writing skills (desirable)
  • Architectural skills to build courses and learning points for a user
  • Knowledge of authoring tools (Articulate 360)

Specialist Skills

  • Ed/Tech experience essential
  • Content curation skills essential
  • Full cycle of course creation, from initial brief, scriptwriting through to building and managing the course.
  • Strong research skills
  • Proven experience with LMS systems – Talent LMS desirable.
  • Ability to draw reports and analyse data and trends from the system.
  • Ability to spot industry-related and trending learning administrative & time management skills
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills (verbal and written) • Focused self-starter and creative thinker • Goal-oriented and highly motivated

Most challenging part of the job

Product Content Expert, Full-time, North Lanarkshire, Salary DOE, plus bonus

The Role

MiM wants to get serious about building the MiM brand digital and social profile.

With a new re-energised brand positioning and tone of voice, the time is right to engage, get to know and grow our audience. The Content Product Expert would be responsible for the management and development of activity on core social media channels with the aim of driving engagement, building our audience and increasing web traffic. Office-based role in Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire.

We have 5 brands and vertical channels within these brands and the right candidate would support with an energised creative copy to add value and progress the nurturing sales process. You’ll be reporting to our Head of Growth (HOG) to plan, create, agree and post engaging content, managing a consistent communication schedule.

Who you are?

  • Have experience as a Journalist, copywriter or written content provider from a business or marketing background
  • A creative and innovative professional comfortable operating in the B2B professional services sector
  • Ability to take a brief and translate to MiM’s TOV
  • Understands the principles of growth marketing and lead generation
  • Level of understanding of what a management consultancy does  Have an interest in behavioural change and the human mindset
  • Great collaborator who can work independently and meet deadlines

Key responsibilities

Using our client personas and key messaging strategy, you will create quality, educational and useful content focused on what matters most to our target audiences.

  • Produce highly shareable content through working closely with HOG & colleagues (blogs/articles/thought leadership pieces/social media and company website)
  • Conduct keyword research and employ SEO best practice to optimise content using HubSpot
  • Use our showcase pages to shine a light on our areas of expertise and target specific audiences
  • Website management including uploading content, adding links etc.
  • Management of LinkedIn including support/amplification for activity by colleagues
  • Work with HOMI to target and build newbiz sales pipeline

Key Outputs

  • Content Develop content for blogs, articles, social media and company website
  • Editing and polishing existing copy to improve readability to reflect refreshed tone of voice
  • Identify and repurpose and post, or re-post high engagement posts on LinkedIn
  • Create all assets for all posts including copy and imagery
  • Create video content

Engagement

  • Create compelling headlines and body copy that will catch the attention of our target audiences
  • Identify key groups/businesses who have relevant networks for our target audiences
  • Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps
  • Identify and advise on highly shared audience related content topics using LinkedIn analytics tools

Knowledge

  • Previous experience of running/managing a B2B brand
  • Previous experience of running/managing a B2C brand
  • Educated to undergraduate degree
  • Previous professional services experience would be helpful, ideally in the management consultancy, professional development, behavioral change specialisms
  • It is important that the 10 MiM principles are understood (at a high level) to ensure we deliver and track/target the right businesses and people
  • Maintaining a detailed knowledge of new LinkedIn techniques and opportunities
